About Us

Imperial Lashes & Brows is a Lash & Brow brand born from ambition and passion for the beauty.

From 2011 the desire to emphasize every customer’s individuality and femininity, inspired our CEO Anzhela Baks to create all known ‘’Imperial Lashes & Brows’’, a brand that in 2020 is experiencing a significant rebranding and raising up the already high quality and standard of products and trainings.

In every single product and its unique packaging of Lash & Brow products, proposed by ‘’Imperial Lashes & Brows’’, can be perceived the strong desire to achieve the LUXURY QUALITY, suitable for both beginners and master-level artist, with the intention to grow the passion of creating ‘’piece of art’’ of every single lash or brow.

Annually we’ve been training more than 300 students, every one of them is now successful Master or international trainer. All that is possible due to the wide choice of professional trainings and unique study methodology for the lashes and brows that characterize our Academy.

Terms & Conditions

General conditions of online sale
ART. 1) GENERAL INFORMATION
The General Conditions of Online Sale shown below apply to all purchase orders for products (“Products”) issued online on this website (“Site”) www.imperial-lashes-brows.com.
The recipients of this online sales service (hereinafter “Customer”) must be professional persons (that is, natural or legal persons, who purchase the Products for purposes related to the performance of entrepreneurial or professional activities, hereinafter “Professional Person”).
By ticking the boxes “I accept the Terms and Conditions” and “I expressly accept the vexatious clauses” that appear during the online purchase procedure, the Customer accepts all the General Conditions set out below, including all the contained clauses therein, committing to store them on a durable medium or print them, in accordance with articles 3-4 of Legislative Decree 185/99. In the absence of express acceptance of the General Conditions, it will not be allowed to complete the online purchase procedure.
Imperial Lashes & Brows reserves the right to modify the General Conditions at any time without notifying. Changes to the General Conditions will take effect from the day of their publication on this Section of the Site. The Customer is therefore required to periodically consult this section of the Site to check for any updates.
By accepting the General Conditions, the Customer expresses his consent so that all communications are sent and received by e-mail. The cost of using these communications depends on the rate applied by the internet service provider.
The Customer will be responsible for the correctness of the e-mail address and for all the information entered when the order was issued or when the account was opened.

ART. 2) ORDER ISSUE AND PURCHASE CONDITIONS
The Customer can purchase the Products by accessing the “Add to cart” section after creating his account. The purchase order will be automatically sent at the end of the order issue procedure.
Only the Products present in the on-line catalog of the Site at the time the order is issued can be purchased. The correct receipt of the order will be confirmed by ILB LTD by e-mail communication sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. The confirmation message, which the Customer must store on a durable medium or print, will include the corporate name of ILB LTD, the address of the registered office, the essential characteristics of the purchased asset, the price of the product purchased including taxes and additional taxes, shipping and delivery costs, methods of payment, shipping and delivery, shipping address and details of who makes the purchase, information on assistance services. The confirmation message will contain the order identification number to be used in any subsequent communication with ILB LTD.
In the event of non-execution of the order due to unavailability – even temporarily – of the Products, ILB LTD, within thirty days from the receipt of the order, will inform the Customer by e-mail communication and will re-credit the amounts already paid.
ART. 3) DELIVERY
The Products will be shipped to the Customer by express courier within the term of 5 (five) working days from receipt of payment, as indicated in the e-mail communication containing the order confirmation by ILB LTD. With subsequent email communication the day and the identification number of the shipment will be indicated.


The delivery times, which will never exceed, in any case, those foreseen by the art.6 Decr. 185/1999 (30 days from the order date), may vary according to the place of destination selected.
The ordered Products will be delivered in the original design, except for the right of ILB LTD to make changes to the Products that do not alter the functionality of the same.
ART. 4) PRICES AND EXPENSES
All the prices of the Products contained in the on-line catalog are expressed in Euro, with indication of the amount relating to VAT and to shipping and delivery costs. The Products are sold at the list prices in force at the time the order is issued. Furthermore, any additional costs due to taxes and duties provided for by the legislation in force in the country of destination of the goods are charged to the Customer.
Shipping and delivery costs are indicated during the order issue procedure and in the email communication confirming the correct receipt of the order. The Customer is obligated to repay to ILB LTD for any additional costs that it has incurred for shipments or movements of the Products caused by a failure by the Customer to comply with the agreements for the date, time and place of delivery.
ART. 5) PAYMENT
The payment must necessarily be made through PayPal circuit to the following account: ilbltdbg@gmail.com The total price of the purchase order must be paid in full upon receipt of the email communication confirming the correct receipt of the order.
ART. 6) NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS – LIABILITY
The conformity defects of the Products must be reported, under penalty of forfeiture, within 8 days from their delivery by e-mail at ilbltdbg@gmail.com.
In reporting defects of conformity, the Customer is also required to indicate the batch number, the delivery note and the sales invoice issued by Imperia Lashes for the Products to which the complaint refers.
ART. 7) USE OF THE PRODUCTS
The products are intended for professional use only. By ticking the boxes “I accept the Terms and Conditions” and “I expressly accept all the clauses” the Customer declares to have attended suitable courses and specialization schools for the use of the Products.
The use of the Products must fully comply with the instructions for use attached to the Products. The Customer is required, before use, to check for any allergies or pathologies related to the Products and its components.
Any problem that arises for use that differs from what is indicated or without the necessary skills will not entail any liability for ILB LTD.
ART. 8) FORCE MAJEURE
ILB LTD will be relieved of any obligation and will not be required to pay any indemnity in the event of force majeure events that prevent the fulfillment of obligations placed against it, such as, by way of example, telephone or IT failures, strikes and impossibility of supplying products or materials.
ART. 9) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to withdraw pursuant dell’art.64, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree no . n.205 / 2006 within 10 working days from receipt of the Products. The right does not apply to sealed products once opened, damaged or otherwise unusable.
Within this period, the Customer must send an email communication to ilbltdbg@gmail.com and send the Products to ILB LTD, ul. 21- vi Vek 11B, Sofia 1700 (Bulgaria).


The costs for returning the Products will be entirely covered by the Customer. Upon receipt of the returned goods, ILB LTD will check whether there are any damages or anything else not related to the transport and subsequently reimburse the payment made, excluded the sum of € 20.00 for shipping and handling, within 30 days of delivery of the product subject to the right of withdrawal.
The customer who purchases with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
ART. 10) APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION – JURISDICTION
For all disputes – none excluded – relating to the interpretation and / or execution of this contract, the exclusive Italian jurisdiction and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Sofia will apply, regardless of the place of conclusion of the contract, from the Customer’s home and from the place of payment.
ART. 11) CONFERENCE AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data are collected for the purpose of registering the Customer and activating the procedures for the execution of this contract and the related necessary communications; these data are processed electronically in compliance with the laws in force and can be presented only upon express request of the judicial authority or other authorities authorized by law for this purpose. Personal data will be communicated to subjects delegated to carry out the activities necessary for the execution of the contract stipulated and disclosed exclusively for this purpose.
The customer has the right to request confirmation of the existence of his personal data; to know their origins, the logic and the purposes of their treatment; to obtain the updating, correction and integration; to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block in case of illegal treatment; to oppose their treatment for legitimate reasons or in the case of use of the data for sending advertising material, commercial information, market research, direct sales and interactive commercial communication. The owner and manager of data collection and processing is ILB LTD, ul. 21- vi Vek 11B, Sofia 1700 (Bulgaria)  e-mail: ilbltdbg@gmail.com
ILB LTD undertakes not to disseminate and not to sell the information to external companies for promotional purposes. The information will be used in order to communicate particular news, promotions, new product offers, unless otherwise indicated will be communicated to ilbltdbg@gmail.com.
ART. 12) Additional CLAUSES
Pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1341, paragraph 2, of the Bulgarian Civil Code, declares to have read and expressly approves the following clauses: art.6 (Non-compliant products – Responsibility); art. 7 (use of products); art.10 (Applicable Law – Jurisdiction – Jurisdiction).
